Before you visit, please note the following points:

Access and Safety

For safety reasons as the factory is a working environment, we are unable to admit children under 6, wheelchairs, prams or babies in arms on The Factory Tour and it is not recommended for visitors with walking difficulties due to the 72 steps. However up to 2 wheelchairs and all ages are welcome on the Craftroom Tour.

Holidays and Closures

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Factory Tours are not available during Factory holiday periods. Craftroom Tours are available over the Christmas period at limited times. It is always advisable to check the 'What's On' page or call to check tour times and availability prior to travelling. The 11am Craftroom Tour is not available during November, December and January

Frog & Painted Items

The frog is free to take home, however there is an additional charge of $6.95 if you decide to keep the item you have painted. You can collect your piece after 48 hours, or have it posted to you (postage charge applies).
