The Factory Store also has access to recently discontinued and hard-to-find Denby patterns.

What is a Denby quality second?

Denby glaze is distinctive and unique and color variations can occur. If the color varies beyond strict tolerance levels or has imperfections such as spots of uneven color, Denby designates that product as a "second".

This means that the quality of a second is extremely high. Every piece has the same durability as first quality and can be used in the oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher.

Seconds are created as a result of overall production and are not planned, so it is not always possible to maintain balanced stock on every item in every pattern. It is advised that you call ahead for information about specific pattern and item requests.
