Placing your order is quick and easy. Please complete checkout as normal where a total price will be shown inclusive of the cross border International Fee. All products and fees are priced in US Dollars.
An 'International Fee', inclusive of all charges: freight and handling, duty, brokerage, PST, GST and HST, will be calculated based on the value of the goods prior to any discounts and will be shown on the Order Summary page before you complete your payment. This will be the only fee that you will pay to receive your order in Canada.

Delivery & Payment Information
We aim to deliver your goods to anywhere in Canada within 14 business days of receiving your order. You will be contacted if for any reason part or all of your order cannot be fulfilled within this time with an expected delivery date. Your order will be sent by our contracted North American carrier UPS. Once you've completed checkout, we cannot reroute your order or change your shipping address.
For security purposes, we're unable to redirect a shipped package. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
We will only accept orders via Shop Online for delivery within Canada and the USA.
We accept payment by credit or debit card on this site. Cards accepted are American Express, Mastercard, Visa. We do not process payment until the stock is in our warehouse and the order is released for despatch to you.
We reserve the right not to accept your order at our own discretion.
Tax and Duties
We are a registered non-resident importer in Canada, which makes purchasing from our site much easier and simpler and prevents any unexpected charges at the time of delivery. The 'International fee' charged during checkout covers all shipping and handling costs to Canada, duty, brokerage and sales taxes. All paperwork will be handled by us and sales taxes will be paid to the Canadian government on your behalf.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at Consumer Services, Denby USA Limited, 1065 Route 22 West, Suite 3B, Bridgewater, NJ 08807 or Consumer.email@example.com or phone us at (732) 873-5300 ext. 141 within 30 working days of receiving the goods to arrange to return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note: The international fee will not be refunded.
If the return is due to an error on our part or the goods were faulty, we will of course reimburse you for the return postage and refund the original delivery charges as well as the purchase price of the goods. However if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will be required to pay the original and return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods.
To return the goods, please contact us at Consumer.firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Authorization number. We will advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely.
