We aim to process your order within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. You will be contacted if for any reason part or all of your order cannot be fulfilled within this time with an expected delivery date.
Your order will be sent via our contracted carrier within the US. Shipping Fees are based on your order total at the value of the product when placed in your basket. Any additional discounts via promotional codes are not taken into account when determining shipping:

* We offer free delivery on orders over $250 (US delivery addresses only). This is based on our Standard Delivery Service. Express shipping is not available at this time. Once you've completed checkout, we cannot reroute your order or change
your shipping address.
For security purposes, we're unable to redirect a shipped package. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
